With the passage of the Emergencies Act, some Canadians are already trapped in Canada's early version of a Social Credit system, and being socially and economically punished for their views. Take into account the fact that unvaccinated Canadians are also being heavily restricted in where they can go or what they can do, and you can already see this Social Credit system forming right before our eyes.
Once enough time passes, and mission creep continues unabated, all Canadians will wake up someday to realize the system was implemented without their full consent and knowledge, because it was done so deceptively, with the pretense of just protecting you from those awful racist misogynist extremists. Unless more and more Canadians start seeking alternative sources of information, I fear this is how individual freedom dies in this country. Once again, I hope to be proven wrong, but my track record of seeing the writing on the wall doesn't give me much hope.
