The true Hospitalization numbers tell a different story. One that would have never met the threshold the Higgs government set for the restrictions they imposed on us all.

Although the hospitalizations between March 27 and April 2 appear to have dropped from the 142 reported last Tuesday, people who are initially admitted to hospital for another reason and later test positive for COVID are no longer included.

Those with two jabs and a booster are still considered unprotected after six months. Taken into account, Hospital usage is even higher among those who have had their jabs. So, when they say "unprotected" in terms of Hospitalizations, that includes those with two jabs and a booster six months out, those with two jabs six months out, and those with one jab six months out. It's all right there in the article for anyone to read. Of course, most people don't read very much beyond the headline. Which is why most people are ignorant to these facts.

"Individuals that are unprotected by vaccine continue to have the highest rate of hospitalization for COVID-19 and death."

The province defines unprotected as fully vaccinated more than six months, partially vaccinated and unvaccinated.

People are considered protected if they are boosted or fully vaccinated less than six months.
