Red-light cameras could be used to ticket the owners of vehicles that run red lights, while speed cameras can issue tickets for vehicles going above posted limits.
The law would see a police officer to review the photo. If a violation is deemed to have occurred, a ticket and photo would be mailed to the vehicle's registered owner.
The system tickets the vehicle owner because it may not be able to prove who was driving. No points are lost if the owner is convicted."

There was never any evidence to suggest that the vaccines would prevent people from getting or spreading Covid-19. Which completely destroys any reason or argument in favor of vaccine mandates or passports. There was zero science involved. It was all about promoting fear and control.
