The justice system in NB is a complete farce. Many people are too poor to hire a Lawyer, and nobody within the system will help you prepare for court. As a matter of fact, they become barriers and obstacles instead. Public servants my ass.
This guy didn't know the process to invoke a charter challenge, and the courts used that to quash his case.
Anti-mandate protester Sean Patrick Kenney wants a new trial on a masking charge decided by a jury & he wants to challenge the constitutionality of pandemic restrictions. But the Court of Appeal says that can't happen in his case at this point.

There was never any evidence to suggest that the vaccines would prevent people from getting or spreading Covid-19. Which completely destroys any reason or argument in favor of vaccine mandates or passports. There was zero science involved. It was all about promoting fear and control.
